Introduction to the Mercedes OM606 Engine Swap, OBS F-150 Series
I’m Hank Johnson and this is the beginning of a questionable project. For those of you who don’t know me yet, my background is in motorsport media/marketing along with some slight experience in industrial air machinery and small engines. I’ve always been passionate about learning how machines work, and over the years, I’ve taught myself something new with every car I’ve owned. Now, it’s time to swap a Mercedes OM606 into my 1995 Ford F150.
In this blog, I will be recapping my build Episodes and going into more detail on some of the more specific things regarding the swap when the times arise, so keep an eye out for when I reference this blog in videos so you know when I will be going into more detail here.
